Questions On Breast Reduction Surgery! Please Help!

Ok, I have some questions about the surgery and I hope you can help me.
First off I'm 16, so what sort of age do I need to be before I can get the surgery?
Also is it possible to have surgery for a reduction from an English F-cup to a B-cup?

Hello Emily.
Welcome to our forums. The US and the UK have different laws in regards to the minimum age for cosmetic surgery, however I can tell you that in the US, the minimum age is 18 unless you have the permission of your legal guardian. You also want to keep in mind that your body is not finished developing and therefore you run the risk of getting this reduction and then having your breasts grow right back to their original size. I would say that your best bet at this point would be to wait until you're 18, and then consult with a breast reduction specialist. :)

I would have to agree with Audrey. You should wait until you are at least 18 years old. If your breasts are so large that they are causing you back pain, then you may want to think about reducing the size of the breasts. Weight loss doesn't always guarantee that your breast size will get smaller, but it should help. I would try everything before thinking of surgery at such a young age.

With surgery you can get in to any shape but up to an certain limit.
