PLASTIC SURGEONS VS PLASTIC COMPANIES  
Why is it so much cheaper to go with plastic surgery companies instead of plastic surgeons? Is it the same quality? Any comments?

As I told you before, doctors get paid very little money for the procedures. Besides most of the physicians are youngsters, so you´d better go on prived practice with a well trained and experienced plastic surgeon. Otherwise you will have to call them to fix a cheap surgery!!!

Thank you! I already had my surgery with a doctor who works for a plastic surgery company and I´m quite happy with him, although I contacted him directly by skipping the company and paied much less money.

I agree you could get it cheaper if you go on your own. My sister went to Colombia through Cosmetic Harmony and let me tell you the prices wear very good and she got a under chin liposuction for free, so I can't say they are all bad. I went along with my sister but I just took care of her and I had a chance to speak to one of the owners and he told me that they make their cut from the hotel, surgeon, etc. They bring volume so they get everything at a lower cost. its up to you.

I forgot to add
if you do it on your own be prepair to spend some crazzy money on taxi cabs. also this is more or less how it goes once you arrieved. the first day after your arrivel :
go on an empty stomach to get your blood work done, get breakfast, taxi to the anesthesiologist, taxi to the gurdle shop, taxi to pick up the blood work, taxi to the plastic surgeon appoinment, taxi to buy groceries for your down time, taxi to get the medication, taxi to your hotel. ummmm I say if they are charging you 500 to 1000 dollars extra to drive you around make appoinments, deal with the traffic, buy you groceries, medication, badages JUST GIVE IT TO THEMand let them take care of it all. Just put a price to all this plus the stress.
