Why do people tent to choose plastic surgery outside the U.S.? Is it just for the monney or some other reasons?

From what I have heard it is generally due to cost. Hopefully we will get some input from people who have looked outside the US for a plastic surgeon.

I am currently in Argentina and have had contact with few people from the U.S. who had their procedures here. They say that Argentina is better than other contries (i.e. Tailand or India) because doctors are closer to what they are used to. But I still think that the main reason is the lower cost.
