Mohs Surgery Yorba Linda - Wednesday, March 21, 2012 5:15 AM
Mohs surgery combines the surgical removal of the tumor with the immediate microscopic examination of the tumor and underlying diseased tissue. This process allows for complete identification and removal of the entire tumor until the cancer is completely gone.

Welcome to our Forums, Iykcome!

Because Mohs Surgery involves cutting as little healthy tissue as possible and the area of excision is kept to a minimum, the healing time for this procedure is relatively quick.  Our sister site, iEnhance.com, has much more information concerning this procedure.  Click here to read more about Mohs Surgery.

As for which surgeon is the most professional, I would definitely recommend you seek a board certified plastic surgeon who is experienced in this procedure.  If you decide to undergo this procedure, let me know if I can help you find a board certified plastic surgeon in your area.  I am happy to help you.

Please keep us posted about what you decide to do.  I wish you the very best.

Anna
