-
Tuesday, May 26, 2009 7:01 PM
Hi everyone, I am very new to this and still quite apprihensive. Have been searching the internet for a forum in the hopes of chatting to people about their experiences. I am 21 and considering getting liposculpture on my theighs. Just wondering if anyone has been through this and remembers being at the stage i am at and can give me advice? I think the main thing i am worried about are the risks and not getting a result. i am not expecting perfection, but worried about spending all idf this money and not having a result that is noticable?

Hello again Sares! :) I completely understand your concerns in regards to the Liposculpture procedure and everything that goes along with it, but I would like to reassure you that doctors that specialize in this kind of procedure have experience in so many different scenarios that they will be prepared to take excellent care of you. If you're feeling terribly hesitant, you may want to consider choosing a board certified plastic surgeon to perform the liposculpture, since they had to go through a lot of hoops in order to be able to call themselves a licensed plastic surgeon! You can read all about the risks and rewards of the procedure here as well as locate a doctor in your area! Best of luck, please stop by again and let us know what you decided to do! :)

SmartLipo surgery gives patients only less swelling and bruising. Usually, the procedure is performed under local anesthesia. Patients can even do their normal activities a few days after the surgery because it requires virtually no downtime.

I'd suggest that you would find a decent doctor with good record and zero complaints.. you can do it online by visiting sites like realself . com where you can find detailed reviews on the people experience. I want to tell you that the newer techniques are much less invasive with mild to zero side effects and they DO provide results, so the most important thing is to choose the right surgeon and everything will be ok after that!
