How do they get money for plastic surgery? - Tuesday, June 29, 2010 1:48 AM
How do the young girls on the mtv specials and other reality specials pay for plastic surgery, or get the money when there parents won't give it to them?

Plastic Surgery is a medical specialty concerned with the correction or restoration of form and function. While famous for aesthetic surgery, plastic surgery also includes many types of reconstructive surgery, hand surgery, microsurgery, and the treatment of burns. The word "plastic" derives from the Greek plastikos  meaning to mold or to shape, thus plastic surgery means "molding or shaping surgery" – its use here has no connection with plastics in the sense of synthetic polymer material.

thanks!!

When a reality show is really interested in a person they are the ones who actually suggest the plastic surgery and pay for it as long as that person signs a contract to do a certain amount of shows.

I am fortunate to work for two of the best plastic surgeons in the business, including one who is featured on Dr. 90210. I couldn't tell you exactly how much they make but they don't have to ask "how much" when they go buy stuff. Having said that, they put in so much charity work and extra time. They are extremely dedicated and deserve all the success that they get.

They don't have to pay for it.  There would be no show without the girls, so the show pays for it.

in the case of reality shows, most of the time it is sponsored so they don't have to pay for it.

Lots of images may come to mind when you think of plastic surgery. Ambulatory Alliances offer cosmetic surgery such as breast enlargement, face lifts, botox and liposuction.
