Fat Aspiration Fat Transfer

Suppose someone aspirates their own fat tissue at home using a hypodermic needle, then switches the cannula on the syringe to say, oh, a 2.5 mL injection needle. What would happen if that person injects the 'unpurified' un -centrifuged contents into another site (facial area), blood, fat and all? Just curious.

Not a good idea! First of all, fat transfer is not a successful procedure even when performed in a surgical setting. That is why plastic surgeons use implants and fillers more frequently. Doing this procedure at home is very dangerous. The anatomy of the face and neck is full of veins, arteries, and nerves. If you misplaced the needle you could cause a fat embolus (fat or adipose tissue introduced into the blood supply) which can lead to stroke or heart attack. You could also damage a nerve and cause facial paralysis, not to mention you could give yourself a nasty infection. Do not do this! Leave medical procedures to the professionals
