Cellulite Treatments - Tuesday, May 27, 2008 10:11 AM
Do cellulite treatments really work? I know most women suffer from this condition, but is there anything that can be done to successfully treat it? Thanks!

most women do suffer from cellulite, in fact I think the percentage is as high as 80%! Creams will never erase cellulite but they can help reduce the appearence temporarily. Your best bet at reducing cellulite is healthy diet and exercise. Cellulite is caused by fat cells (adipose tissue). By increasing your muscle mass and tonning the body, cellulite will be diminished. I would save my money when it comes to creams and lotions that promise a quick fix

yeah creams may help but only lightly, try a non fatty diet, i would prefer low fat or nonfat food to it together with some cream. you can also have a surgery.
