Can a breast lift alone correct slight asymmetry?

I am a 23 year female who has never had children, and I wear a 34B bra. My right breast is slightly smaller than my left one, but the biggest issue to me is that it sits lower, points more outward, and is slightly more cone-shaped than my round left breast, although both of my breasts sit lower than where I think they should be for a woman my age with no children. The differences between the breasts are not as severe as some before and after photos I have seen; I do not wear two different cup sizes or anything, but the differences are noticeable. I am not interested in implants or reduction. I am interested in having both of my breasts sit slightly higher, with the right being pulled up a little more to compensate for the fact that it sits lower to begin with, and to make the nipples even with each other. Do I sound like a possible candidate for a breast lift? Would a breast lift correct my slight-asymmetry problem, or would augmentation/reduction be necessary?

I think you could do breast lift alone, but you might be disappointed with the results. If your breasts are shaped differently the implants along with a breast lift would probably give you better results. you can look at pictures with breast lift alone and breast lift with augmentation.
