This is something I have been wondering about for years and would like to get as much information as possible. Thank You Mejan

Welcome to the forums!

There are many trials that have been done in regards to this and surgeries of this nature are heard of, but extremely uncommon. There are risks and complications involved which have yet to be overcome, thus making most doctors refuse to do it. I would suggest going the safer and healthier route of classic implants and liposuction.

I would suggest not going with fat transplant to enlarge the breasts. I would go with implants. The thing with transplant of fatty (adipose) tissue is that the results may change. Adipose cells (fat cells) shrink and expand with changes in weight. This might change the results that you have following surgery.
