I had breast implant in Mar 2008 .  I choose saline for the safety of it and the size is 250cc.  When I went for 1 year check up, I told dr. Baker that I can feel the wrinkle and the folding on left breast it also visible to notice.  He said I don't want to fill it too full , it will show the folding of the bag more. And he said that is how saline implant is, he said I told you to do silicon.  Now has been 18 months the wrinkle and folding is showing more and the folding of the plastic bag poking out from my breast when I touch around it, more visible, also feel it is lighter than the right breast.  More likely it has loose some water. I wonder if it is defected bag of saline.  It is so wierd feeling with all the folding sticking out.  I call dr.  Baker, the receptionist said it will cost 30.00 to 35.00 for office visit for following check up.  I don't think it's right. He should check it for me to see if anything wrong with the implant since it only 1yr and a half.  Even though I complained when it was 1 yr check up.  I don't think the saline implant is that bad it just because my dr. did not do a right job. Would you give me your best advise what I can do in this situation.
