What is your motive for mentioning these surgeries? Do you offer such services or just letting us know about it.

Most messages on the forums are left by people asking questions or answering questions about a particular procedure or other health and beauty topics.  However, some people leave messages on these forums in order to promote themselves and/or their practice.  We want our forums to be a useful tool in order to educate the public about different plastic surgery and cosmetic surgery procedures, as well as other topics related to health and beauty.  Therefore, when messages are posted with the sole intent of self-promotion, we edit those messages to remove any links to that person's website.  Arrah26 never responded to Stephanie's question whether he/she worked for or had experience with this clinic.  Although I did not edit the original message in this forum, my guess would be that the procedures listed in the original message had links to that clinic's website and that the links were not for educational purposes but rather self-promotion of the clinic.
